This page allows you to interact with a dataset that reflects differences in state sports concussion policies. The most important features of these laws relate are: whether they require coaches to remove players from competition with suspected concussions; whether they specify the requirements for returning to play; and whether the laws require awareness building interventions like coach training and parental notification of concussion risks. The queries below allow you to identify states by their attributes along these dimensions.
Please note that you can combine queries. If you choose multiple queries, you may also choose whether you want to return results that meet the selection criteria of either or both by selecting respectively "At least one of these selections apply" or "All of these selections apply."
