Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drugs
Nebraska has implemented laws regulating alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs. The Clean Indoor Air Act includes rules on smoking tobacco in certain indoor places, such as child care centers, places of employment, and hotels. The Liquor Control Act includes rules on the sale of alcohol and licensing for alcohol distributors. Nebraska has also passed laws on crimes related to drugs and alcohol, such as the legal limit for driving under the influence of alcohol.
